For over 35 years of top-quality roofing for homeowners and
businesses throughout Norfolk County and surrounding towns,
we at Cook's Roofing have hit a peak. Our exclusive use of
CertainTeed products enables us to offer guarantees
on material and workmanship from CetainTeed Corporation.
CertainTeed shingles have one of the best warranties in
the market from 30 years to lifetime. They come in both fiberglass
mat composition shingles or organic felt which is the backbone
of any shingle. They have a very high tear resistance. This
contributes to their excellent strength and durability.
Before the shingles go on, we apply another CertainTeed product,
Winterguard, which protects your house against leaks caused
by ice and water backup from snowstorms and wind-driven rains.
It has a 50-year manufactures warranty.
We also do flat roofing with EPDM rubber or Modified bitumen,
with between 10 and 30 year manufacturers warranties on materials.
We do seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts, copper valleys,
chimney flashing and chimney rebuilding. Another quality product
we sell and install is AirVents Shinglevent II ridgevent,
a roof ventilation system. Shinglevent II is the best Ridgevent
product on the market, proven through testing.
We are certified through the CertainTeed company as a Select
Shingle Roofer which is the top Qualification for Roofing
Contractors. Other certificates through CertainTeed include
the Quality Master and Master Shingle Applicator. We have
an Attic Ventilation Certificate showing our knowledge concerning
issues of attic ventilation principles and installation. We
are members of the Professional Roofing Advisory Council.
We are also a member of Prosult, Proof Management Organization.
We hold Massachusetts and Rhode Island Home Improvement Licenses,
and our company carries liability insurance and workman's
compensation.
